Kitty Bingo review

This Kitty Bingo review covers a bingo site from the Rank Group, the company behind Mecca and Grosvenor. Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Ltd runs it under a UK Gambling Commission licence. As a result, it shares a platform with Mecca Bingo, Grosvenor Casinos and The Vic.

Kitty Bingo has a playful cat theme, but it is a serious bingo site underneath. In addition, it offers slots, Slingo, scratchcards and live casino. So there is plenty to play once you have tried the bingo rooms.

In our Kitty Bingo review we checked the licence, offer, games, payments and safer gambling tools. If bingo is new to you, our online casino basics guide covers the basics first.

New customers register and spend £10 to unlock one of two rewards. The first is a £35 bingo bonus. The second is 100 free spins.

Each option has its own wagering. For example, the bingo bonus needs 6x wagering, so £35 means £210 of bingo play. Meanwhile, free spin winnings carry 10x wagering, and the spins expire after 7 days.

PayPal and Paysafe deposits don’t qualify for the offer. So use a debit card or another eligible method if you want the bonus.

Overall, the offer is fair but not outstanding. The 10x on spin winnings is moderate, while 6x on the bingo bonus is a little higher than some rivals. That said, the choice is handy, because bingo fans and slots fans can each pick what suits them.

Games and bingo are well covered at Kitty Bingo. The lobby includes 90-ball, 80-ball, 75-ball, 50-ball, 40-ball and 36-ball rooms. In addition, you’ll find themed rooms, Speed Bingo and Emoji Bingo for something different.

Low-cost bingo is part of the appeal. Independent reviews mention penny games and a Bargain Box room with free games, although schedules can change. So check the lobby for today’s free and low-price rooms.

The slots lobby includes classic, jackpot and Megaways games. Independent reviews count around 1,800 games from more than 50 studios. For instance, those include Pragmatic Play, Blueprint, Eyecon, Games Global, NetEnt and Playtech.

Kitty also has Slingo, scratchcards and arcade games. Meanwhile, the live casino includes roulette, live bingo and game shows. Some tables stream from Grosvenor casinos in the UK, which gives them a real venue feel.

You can practise similar games in our free online casino games section. That way, you learn the rules before you stake real money.

Kitty Bingo covers the main UK payment types. The site shows these payment logos in its footer:

• Visa and Mastercard debit cards
• PayPal
• Apple Pay
• Trustly
• Paysafecard (deposits only)

Reviews disagree on minimums, quoting either £5 or £10 for deposits and withdrawals. So check the cashier for your method. Also, reviews report no fees on any method.

Withdrawals can be quick. For instance, PayPal, Visa Direct and Apple Pay payouts may arrive within about 15 minutes once approved. By contrast, standard debit card withdrawals take one to three working days.

Remember that PayPal deposits don’t count for the welcome offer. Even so, PayPal is still a good choice for later deposits and fast payouts. In our Kitty Bingo review, payments score well overall.

Kitty Bingo has an Android app, according to the site and independent reviews. However, we found no iOS app. So iPhone users play through the mobile site instead.

The mobile site works in any modern browser and covers bingo, slots and the cashier. In addition, you can reach the safer gambling tools from your account menu.

Because Kitty shares Rank’s platform, the account menus feel similar to Mecca Bingo. So if you already play there, you’ll find your way around quickly.

Overall, the mobile experience is fine, but the missing iOS app holds back the score. If you use an iPhone, add the site to your home screen for quicker access.

You must be 18+ to play. Kitty Bingo offers net and gross deposit limits, reality checks, take-a-break periods and self-exclusion. In addition, Rank runs a Keep It Fun safer gambling hub with advice and tools.

The site links to GamStop and GamCare, and it is a member of IBAS for disputes. We suggest setting a deposit limit as soon as you join. Then, if you need a longer pause, a take-a-break period can lock your account for 24 hours to six weeks.

Live chat runs from around 7am to late evening, according to independent reviews. Phone support is also available, but hours vary between sources. Also, you can send an email through the support centre at any time. You can check the licence on the Gambling Commission public register by searching for account 57924.
